Returns and Refunds
Cairngorm Artists uses print-on-demand services to create prints, meaning that all products are custom-made and produced only after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for cases where a customer changes their mind about a purchase.
Damaged or defective orders
If your order arrives damaged, or contains a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us on info@cairngormartists.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the barcode label on the packaging
- Your Order ID
Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Cases where refunds or reprints are not available
We cannot offer refunds or replacements in cases where:
- The wrong size, color, or artwork was ordered.
- The customer has changed their mind after receiving the item.
- The print placement falls within normal production tolerances.
